Returns Policy

Please email admin@cloister-uniforms.co.uk for authorisation to return your items.

Unless there is an error with an order all postage needs to be paid by the customer ensuring a receipt of postage is obtained.

If goods are returned washed, worn, embroidered or damaged and not in the original condition they were sent out in, they will be returned with an invoice for the postage and packaging.

Please note all supplier goods are non-returnable unless faulty.

Returns up to 60 days full credit (Carriage only included on faulty garments)
